Hello - my outlook email on my mobile phone gets telling me to update my password for bay-m.hotmail.com but I put in my outlook password and it does not work, I can log in from my surface with no problem - just started this week - any ideas?
I just set up a new email account and the first email I tried to send wasn't allowed because I had to verify the account due to suspicious activity using a mobile phone. As the account was only set up 5 minutes previously there was no suspicious activity and as I'm currently travelling I don't have a mobile phone! I tried to verify it using the other option of sending the code to a different email address, but when I try and send an email again the same thing happens. I have no possibility of receiving a code by SMS, how can I use the account?!

I cannot connect to my hotmail account from my mobile (Samsung S4), I have installed outlook.com each time I try I get a message that I cannot access due too either wrong account or password - from diffrent PC's via the web I have no issue.

HAving sent an email with photo attachment from my mobile phone (from Hotmail to another Hotmail account), I now cannot stop the email sending.  It is being sent to the same person over and over again.  We have contacted phone support but apparently it is a Hotmail issue.  Can anyone help?

I mistakenly chose the option for my mobile phone to remember my log-in and password for my Hotmail account so I didn't have to type in the details each time I wanted to access it.  I want to cancel the instruction and go back to entering my log-in details and password each time I want to use my Hotmail account as I feel it's more secure that way.  There don't seem to be any options for doing this anywhere on the site - any suggestions as to how I can do this?

i just got a Nokia 808 PureView and I have a problem. If i delete a message on the phone, it will still be on the web based account and vice-versa. How can I syncronize this so that, no matter on which device I delete a message, I delete it everywhere?

I'm not receiving single-use codes on my mobile phone when Two-step verification is turned on. As soon as I turn TSV off, the single-use codes reach me within a minute I request it. But with TSV on, they never arrive. Due to this, I have to keep TSV turned off.

Please solve this bug as soon as possible. This is a big security threat.

my aunt call me to help because she lost access to her's email, so I tried to use her mobile phone to reset the password but after reset the password, then tried to access her email but hotmail still show that it needs to verify again with her alternative email which has been hacked before this account. So how can i verify within this email. I don't understand it looks very strange. if SMS code can not help me to reset my password and access my email why u putting this option because i still need alternative email anyway.
I'm using a Samsung S 3 mini. Whenever I send an email, it goes to my outbox. It does not get sent. I also can't receive emails unless I am in my office and using wifi. When on wifi, emails pour in. I need to get this sorted out asap as I am on the road alot. Im using 3 different email addresses on outlook.com and neither of them are working. Please help

Okay I'm posting this because the thread I originally posted has been "locked" for some odd reason and I can no longer follow up.  Okay to recap I do NOT own a mobile phone so I cannot "Verify" my account via that option.  I was also advised by some of you that I should reduce the number of recipients until it lets me send the email.  Well guess what?  Even with only sending it to ONE person it says "please verify with your cell phone" and won't allow me to send-is there a programmer reading this?  Somebody with the power to override what is happening to my account?  All I want is to be able to send emails to my friends-and now I can't even send an email to ONE recipient.  I just signed up for this account yesterday and this problem is really unexpected.
