MSN email 25/8/2012 issue number is 51582880. the email told me that I would receive a reply about my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email. One month later, still no reply. Why not?

My email address that I have had for 10 years has been blocked by Microsoft; along with all my friends and business connection's email addresses.  I have been told it is blocked because 'someone' may have been using it without my knowledge.  I have trying without success to reestablish my original email address. Can't figure out if it is arrogance or incompetence I am up against; or a combination of both, or?   What does one do against a huge worldwide organisation who don't care if a customer leaves their company. Phoning them to complain is not an option that is given to us.

   Does anyone have a snail mail address for Bill Gates or his top executives, where I could sent a registered recorded urgent letter.  It would be appreciated.  I don't except this kind of treatment and will not except not getting my original email address back.   Anyones help will be really appreciated.  Thank you!     

HACKED MSN EMAIL ACCOUNT…HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an MSN email account for years that was hacked into a year ago. I have filled out the online forms 50 times, but they can't verify it was my account because the hackers not only changed the password, but also the security question and contact phone number. I have proof it was my account, and I need it back for some emails I had on there for an upcoming court case. I have provided contacts, emails and everything else they should need to verify it was my account. Also, if you go to Spokeo email look up, and put in my hacked email address, it shows ME as the owner. Microsoft has been no help to me thus far. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH.

Adding to an Email Group

Anyone familiar enough with msn email who can help me add a group and then add contacts to the group? I have these contacts in an excel spreadsheet but not in my contact list. There has to be a way.

My msn email was hacked at the end of may. I was notified by friends asking if I was really in Cypress!!! No! 
I promptly changed my msn password and my iCloud password. I own and acess email on my iPhone as well as linked through outlook on my PC. As of may 31 2012 I have not been able to receive email.  I looked at my account information and there was an email address linked that was not mine! I deleted it immediately.  I added my apple iCloud email and saved. 
I tried to access my email through hotmail as outlook had stopped workig. To my surprise my msn mail and everythjng associated with the exception of account information is in Arabic !!! I have had this email address and account since 2003 and do not want to have to change it.
