I can’t sign-in into my msn Error code 800488fe

Today when I tried to access my windows live account I get Error code 800488fe but when I sign-in into my account through browser it sign normally 
please help

I post this question from the infected account  as I said I can access it through browser and I can not access it from windows live messenger
