MSN OUTLOOK AUTO FORWARDING EMAILS WHEN AUTO FORWARD IS OFF

I have an MSN outlook account that another user turned over to me that is for a non-profit organization. At one time she had gone on vacation and had the messages forwarded to her personal email address. Now, even when I don't select the option to have messages forwarded, the emails are being forwarded to her personal email address, but her address is not listed in the auto forward settings.

I have tried to fix this by listing one of my own email address accounts and selected auto forward, and that fixes the issue of messages being forwarded to her. However, I don't want to auto forward the messages to my other account.

We have been unable to figure out why her personal email is still getting forwarded (re-directed is what the message says) if we select DO NOT FORWARD. Plus MSN outlook says you cannot have 2 auto forward addresses. I really want to fix this. Any ideas?

Automatic updates are causing me untold problems and costing me money for repairs! The latest one has happened before and came back with the latest updates subsequent to the last repair that cost me 40.00 in repairs! I am now getting unwelcome ADVERTISEMENTS in the Inbox of my MSN Outlook account. The transfer of all the Hotmail to Outlook accounts KILLED my ability to use my Microsoft Outlook 2010 application that I paid over a hundred dollars for. And yes, I uninstalled and tried re-installing, didn't work. I am having printing problems with Outlook (only firsts paragraph of email prints!) I could go on and on, but mostly, I have decided to TURN OFF Automatic updates because I am just so sick of them screwing up my laptop! And before you start talking about mucking around the Registry, don't! I leave that to folks who know what they are doing, and that sure ain't me!!

Updated my iPhone 4 and now my MSN Outlook account does not work on any of my devices. I deleted my mail account on my phone and now having problems with setting up my MSN account. I keep getting an error message "unable to verify account information". I am able to log onto my msn outlook account on my pc both at home and at work.
