- Try to return to Hotmail
- If you're experiencing a problem that isn't shown, report your problem to Microsoft.

I'm trying to set up email groups. I can set up a group in windows, but it does not show-up as an option when I use the msn.com email account.

trying to set up a second email address. it says its there but when I try to send myself a test email, it bounces back undeliverable. Then, under the verfify part, it says try again later, for teh past six days? Any suggestions for finding a solution?

I rec'd a private msg from a friend when I went to open the msg it wanted me to reenter my password, I didn't do it. but it would not let me close the page. It kept asking if I wanted to see the msg Delete or OK, but ther was NO DELTE button. Have I been
hacked? it said something like 97 with a msn logo in the address bar, but it didn't look real.
I have been locked out of hotmail for a week.
Got an email today at my alternate email saying they had verified I was me, and gave me option to change password and security question.
I was sent to a site that looked like msn.
It asked me to enter my account name and password. Said need to send me a code. They did.
I put the code in. Next site saidmy credit card info didn't match.
Do they really ask for a credit card number?
I am concerned this is not really msn.
