Is there a way to determine the MX records hotmail is using for sending to a particular domain?

I have a domain that hotmail is rejecting sending mail to with 5.5.0 "no such user" except the Returning-MTA is Hotmail, not the MX record for the domain (which I have access to and see no connections from hotmail)

How do I determine why Hotmail is rejecting sending to this domain or the MX record it is using?
