My Yahoo account has been deactivated, xbox live are asking for password to this account, I do not remember the password as I set up the email account 5 years ago. I have tried resetting the password Yahoo are having none of it and say I will need a new
account. Please can any one help as I do not want to loose years of gaming and profile which is what will happen if I have to add a new email account.
I am using outlook 2010 with my yahoo account. I can receive emails but cannot send them
It will not accept my password for the smtp server and is asking me to contact my ISP. can anyone help please

I have been having on-going problems trying to download my email from my yahoo business server (pop.bizmail.yahoo.com). When I try to configure the server in Inbox > Options > Your email accounts with my username and password I get an error:
We couldn't sign in to your POP3 server. Please make sure your username and password are correct.
I know these setting are correct since I can download my email using other mail applications like Thunderbird.
It seems like this problem is intermittent. Right now I have been unable to download my email using Outlook.com, Outlook 2013 and on my Windows 8 phone for over a week.
What gives?

Today, August 9, 2013, there's been no receipt of emails in my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account. I can successfully send emails to the Hotmail account (meaning that they aren't bounced back) and I can successfully create an email within the Hotmail account
and send it to my Yahoo and Comcast accounts, but I am not receiving any emails in the Hotmail account!
I usually only access my Hotmail from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone but recently it got some sort of error and was removed from my Hub, I can't seem to sign in and when I try to reset my password, outlook does not send me the email after I fill out the questions
it asks me and give it an email where it can send the answer to, I also tried sending a reset password to the set email address that I put on the account but it comes up as an*****@yahoo.com, how can I confirm this is my yahoo account it is sending the information
to?

It was working well however I took it off for a few days and now I cannot put it back on.

I originally had my primary alias set to my Yahoo! account, but I would never receive emails through the mail app. My Gmail account worked perfectly, so I assumed that it had something to do with the fact that I rarely even use the Yahoo account, and probably
just hadn't remembered the password correctly or something. But when I tried to re-sync it so that I'd actually get emails, it wouldn't let me change anything, so I renamed my primary alias to the Gmail account, assuming that because I actually knew the account
information, it would sync properly, and I'd continue getting mail. Instead, the Gmail account stopped working, even though the Yahoo email works fine now that it's only a secondary alias. What am I doing wrong? Do I just need to get Outlook? Because no offense,
but I'd rather not add another email to the list.
