I can’t open any email and the navigation bar has disappeared from the top of the reading pane. All of my emails now have a flag in front of the subject line.

I had a E-mail from MSN support about adding Skype to the navigation bar.  I lost the E-mail, and, when I click on Customize, there is no option to add the Skype button.  What happened to it?
