I have updated my contact list.  I selected a contact and added the contact to a group.  When I display the group, the new contact is there.  When I send an e-mai, the newly added contact is not included in the group?  Why?  or, How is a contact suppsoed to be added so they are included in e-mail distribution?

I used to have a "manage categories" option.  Since updayes happened, I cannot find it!

How can we retrieve the missing emails.  There are so many concerns about the same issue but no solutions?
I have two or three friends who forward e-mails to me containing pictures.  For some reason, the pictures are not viewable when I open their e-mails.  With other people, I have no problem viewing pictures.  Is there a setting I need to change to correct this?

time clock on computer is correct but my emails come in with different times and sometimes no time,

I accidentally set up my outlook as IMAP instead of POP.  How do I switch it?

I went into accounts and it looks like it is permanently in IMAP...
