This new "Lightning" thing makes it impossible to get to my pdf records. I've tired putting in my usual password and it doesn't work. I've tried changing the password and that didn't work. I'd rather they go to Word Perfect so I can just open and/or
print them.

this is the first time that this has happened to me. How can I stop this nonsense ... the people on my contact list are afraid to open email from me.
