after reactivating my hotmail account, I am not receiving Instagram password reset email. Note that I am receiving emails and I am able to send as well.

I wanted reset my password on my Dell and Apple accounts. They said the typical reply that they would forward me an email with the instructions to re-set. However no email is showing up in my Outlook. All other emails are getting through. I checked
my Junk email and their emails are not appearing in there. Any ideas?
I am not receiving emails from UPMC.edu
I added the SPECIFIC address to the Safelist on the web AND inside my email program. Emails from this address doesn't show up.
Is there a specific issue with UPMC.edu (which is a VERY LARGE employer in Western Pennsylvania) or PeopleSoft which appears linked to UPMC.edu
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
I have a windows live email account I am expecting two emails from unknown senders but have not received them they are not in my junk and I cannot ask them to resend due to not knowing their contact details. I have checked my filter content and it is on
standard so I am still receiving emails in my junk although not many at all! I really need these emails as they are job opportunities and not receiving both when the sender has told me they have sent them shows there is an issue!

I stopped receiving emails to my Hotmail inbox yesterday. Have checked the junk mail and other folders, have made sure I have the latest browser.
Have checked all my settings and blocked lists and all suggestions from the moderators from all the discussions on this topic. Have also sent emails to my Hotmail account from another email account and it says its sent but when I check my Hotmail it isn't there. I am able to send emails from my Hotmail but not receive them.
Need my inbox to work asap. Please Help!!!
My family have been sending emails to me over the past couple of days using their btinternet addresses, the senders are not receiving delivery notification failures and the emails aren't visible in any of my folders, junk or otherwise. I notice that there
a number of open discussions on this on the forum, is this a known issue? Thanks.
