im not receiving email from instagram for password rest 
I tried everything you recommend
and I have to answer the question if I receive any notification email from iinstagram 
I don't know why would instgram send me notification email

How can I change the language of notification emails I get from Outlook.com?

I registered my hotmail account a long time ago in China, and the language of my account was Chinese.
Later, I changed my account language to English before Outlook.com came out.
Now, everything in my account is English, except some important notification emails from Outlook.com.
For example, I just changed my Facebook password today, and I got a notification email from Outlook.com asking me to re-connect my account, and the email I got was in Chinese.
Here's a screenshot.
I want everything to be English, and it really frustrates me. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Calendar notification email bombardment

Whenever I create or change a calendar appointment, I get a never ending bombardment of notification emails from myself in my inbox. I woke up this morning to 475 emails in my inbox. I have turned off all the notification options but I still get these emails! Can anyone help with this?


can’t receive email w/ attachment; Windows Live Mail

using Windows Live mail and cannot receive emails with an attachment regardless of size or file type. Can send emails but not receive. Sender gets no notification email didn't go through. I've checked "safety options" and "permanently delete suspected junk email...." is unchecked. Looking forward to help on this.
