i can not access to my account

I can not sign to my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and i paid for this account by AMEX account #XXXXXXXXXXXXXX up to may 26,2012
now my account suspended can not access to it see bellow charges and help me to fix my account 
i have this account since 2003 and do not remember security ? answer i check with my bank and AMX to provide the 4 digits credit cards that i used for this account
still these codes are not matching with your file , please advise what i have to do to see my email since Jun6 2012 up to know

My inbox shows the number 1 in the unread messages for Tuesday of this week, but there is no unread message ? It's annoying. Help?

I notice in day, work, and week you can play with the scale to show more hours. Is there a way to change month so that it shows all appointments on that day? It seems to be limited to 6 appointments.

I'm using Microsoft Office Outlook for Mac, and the large files I'm receiving via Outlook emails are taking up too much storage space on my computer. How do I change the settings to tell Outlook to delete all files that are stored on my computer either (a) over a certain size or (b) over a certain number of days old?

Today I have several post master delivery notices for e-mails I did not send i think someone has "hacked "?into my contact list does that sound feasable?  what do I do?  I called a hotmail support number and they wanted $69 to fix.  Is that necessary or was that a scam?  HELP

WLM Storage Folder Location does not exist on XP Computer

I have a XP computer that I ran Outlook Express on for a number of years then upgraded to Window Live and Windows Live Mail, all without any problems. I recently bought a new computer and wanted to extract the WLM folders from the XP machine and transplant them on the new Windows 7 machine or at least import them to the new machine.
I can only find the old Outlook Express folders that contain two year only mail. When I look in WLM, tools, option, advanced, maintenance, store Folder, on the XP machine, it gives me a location. When I go to that location it does not exist. How can the program work? Better still where are the folders?
In folder view all the necessary boxes are unchecked giving me full view access to files and folders.
I need to resolve this.

At my organization, one user has built a number of useful contact groups in Outlook 2011 that she would like to distribute to other people in her section.  When she does an export for contacts, only individual contacts are exported - not contact groups.  How can she export her contact groups and share them with her coworkers?

Android Hotmail Sync Issues

To the administrators of Microsoft Hotmail and the manufacturers of affected Android devices:

On behalf of the many thousands of your loyal customers that are currently unable to productively use their Hotmail accounts via the default email app on their Android devices, I am pleading with you to work together to resolve this issue, which appears to have been ongoing now for a number of months.

We have all purchased these devices or signed up for long term plans in good faith and with the understanding that they will provide fully functioning and operational convenience and productivity tools as promoted. If these tools fail due to a lack of communication between vendors (i.e. Microsoft and Android device manufacturers) we are all left at your mercy - At least until the groundswell of absolute frustration forces one of your customers to approach the news media, or some other public forum, to air their grievances.

I do not know who is at fault here, Microsoft for making changes to their Hotmail environment with no apparent notification to device vendors, or the device vendors for not implementing the EAS standard correctly? Quite frankly, I don’t care. I simply want you all to shake hands, agree there is an issue which is affecting a very large number of your customers and get to work on fixing it quickly!

For the record, the recurring suggestion to use the “Official Hotmail” app is simply not acceptable. Whether Microsoft likes it or not, the default email apps provided by most Android device manufacturers tend to provide much better functionality and have a much better user interface. At best, I would accept the suggestion to use the Hotmail app as a very temporary workaround until such time as the real issue is resolved.

As I can’t think of a way to send an open email to both responsible parties, I have resorted to addressing both Microsoft and the Android device vendors in this forum. Be advised that I have already sent a similar email to HTC (The manufacturer of my Android phone, a HTC One XL) and I will also send a copy of this text to the Asia/Pacific Public Relations email address of HTC.

I will also search through all the Questions in the Microsoft Answers forum relating to this issue and direct as many of them as I can to this question.

I look forward to your response and a prompt resolution to this issue for all concerned.
