I recently installed Office 2011 for Mac. Is it in any way possible to tell Outlook to store all my local mail data to the SD card that I have permanently in my Macbook Air for additional storage? This would be of great help to me.

I have an issue with Office 2011 for MAC syncing back to MS Exchange 2010. The sync process works in every way except when I delete / move and item from the MAC, the changes are not replicated back at the server side.
iPhones / iPads / OWA / Outlook 2010 all fine just the 2011 version of office for MAC
The MAC reports 'All Folders Up to Date'
Anyone had this before?

Apparently once Microsoft sells you a product they have no additional intentions of giving you any help other than leaving it to the "community". Countless searches and research is not helping. This is so frustrating.
I purchased Office 365 Pro Plus which includes Office 2011 for Mac and while other programs like Word, Excel work, I cannot get Outlook to activate. I can't use the product key option because I never received one, and I can't seem to be able to log in
using Office 365 account.
I went to the Office 365 set up under license and looks like there was an area to assign the Office 365 Pro Plus license. I did that but didn't help either.
Can someone help please!!!! I've been working on this for four days an still can't find any help.

Environment:
We have 2 users that do not get new mails automatically with Outlook 2011 for Mac. They have the latest version of Office 2011 for Mac and we recently migrated to Exchange 2013 on the server side. The problem appeared around the same dates. We do not know if it is related, because we did the test with their account on Windows Outlook 2013 client and everything is working fine, plus I personally use outlook for Mac and do not have this problem.
The only thing they have in common and I do not have is huge inboxes. One of them over 7000 mails.
Problem:
They do not get new mails unless they click SEND/RECEIVE. The workaround right now is to plan a SEND/RECEIVE every 5min.
Done:
Already tried to flush the local cache and rebuild the Office Main Identity database. They do want to have a cached mailbox (not headers only).
Question:
If someone have any clue about what may cause this problem, please respond.
I have Office 2011 for Mac and an Excel list with a column of text that is formatted to be emails. I would like to be able to click on the email formatted text in a cell and have an email send from Outlook. I would prefer to convert the whole column of
1800 cells in the column at once. Please assist with step by step.
With Vista OS in Outlook with Acrobat Pro I could save an email as a PDF and append other related emails to that same file, is this possible with Office 2011 for Mac and Acrobat Distiller or Acrobat Pro X? Please elaborate how.
I run an iMac with Mountain Lion 10.8.4 and use MS Office 2011 for Mac. I want to sync Outlook to iCal/Contacts but using the Outlook preferences Sync set up nothing happens in either iCal or Contacts. Does anyone have a solution for this? Apple have referred
me to this site.
I have tried deactivating the Sync settings in Outlook and starting again but to no avail.
Really appreciate help on this.

I have just acquired a Mac pc and have installed Office 2011 for Mac. I have configured my Outlook and can actually receive mail but have a problem with sending mail, and every time I try it I get the following message:
5.1.0 ic6A1l0034u82Wg1ic6A1s <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> sender rejected. No authentication succeeded. 4008.
I have been in contact with our net administrator who has confirmed that our configuration is correct. I have also contacted Apple, but they refer me to Microsoft. Microsoft are the only people I just can't get to speak to. The options their machine gives
does not suit me. As I cant't speak to a human being I can't explain my problem, which is highly frustrating! I would appreciate any help anybody can forward to solve this problem.

I am using Office 2011 for Mac, and trying to sync with my yahoo mail. My inbox looks fine, and I can send/receive messages, but none of my sent items have downloaded to my outbox. My outbox looks empty. How can I fix this?
