Outlook 2011 Calendar Catagories / Colors Disappear from Shared Calendars

I have several users that a working on Macs in a corporate Windows Environment (Exchange Server) all running the latest version of Office Outlook 2011. Some of the Administrative Assistants have been having issues while trying to manage their Bosses shared calendars. Randomly all the color / categories will disappear from the Bosses calendar for both the boss and the assistant. For example all the Travel events will be coded to Red but every couple of weeks the colors are all reset to one default color.

 

Is there a work around or a setting that will keep this from happening? Is it something that the users are doing that causes all of the colors to be erased? I can’t seem to find anything online that speaks to this issue and this is causing End User and IT Support friction but I am not really sure how to resolve it since I can’t even narrow down the cause.  

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How do I report junk email from outlook.com addresses?

In Outlook.com, how do I report junk email that is coming from another outlook.com address? I tried downloading the Microsoft Junk E-mail Reporting Add-In For Office Outlook but that didn't work. I would also like to be able to let gmail and aol know when one of their subscribers sends me junk. Thanks a lot.

Outlook.com through office outlook asking for authentication characters that never load

Hi - just moved to outlook.com email address and when trying to access through Outlook in Office is asking for authentication before I send any email, but the characters never load and neither does the sound option - can anyone help. Using Office 7 on Vista. Thanks

I have been using Win 7 and Office Outlook 2013 but couldn't load my contacts from the old outlook 2007 from my Blackberry link.

I couldn't find  Business contacts. I started repair from control panel. Now outlook fails to start.

Can I  dump Office and reload it without loosing all my emails? Is there a better way to restore my Office?

 

Is it possible to edit e-mails in Outlook.com, the way I can in Office Outlook? I can’t figure out a way…

In Office Outlook, I can click on Other Actions, then select Edit Message in the drop down list. I can't find an option for that in Outlook.com.

email retention

Does anyone know how long messages are retained on Outlook.com?  My email is at a personal domain, if that makes a difference.  I download messages to Office Outlook.  How long are messages retained in Office Outlook?

Out of Office status is temporarily unavailable because Outlook cannot connect to the server

Hello, 

i have following problem, if i change the status to out of office i get "Out of Office status is temporarily unavailable because Outlook cannot connect to the server" but the status of Out of Office is changed in Office Outlook Web Access 2007 instantly on and off, so there seems to be no connection problem. 

How can i deactivate/remove the whole buggy popup warning screen completely, even if i have to edit some plist on client side?

Here a few environment/system information:
Office 2011 Mac (latest updates)
Web Access 2007
Exchange 2007
Name resolution working (forward zone) between internal and external mail domains. 

Please someone help me, i am thankful for any hint.

Office Outlook will not send/receive except in Safe Mode

I have Office 2007 and Windows XP. Outlook will not send/receive except in Safe Mode. Normal opening, Outlook just freezes. I deleted a lot of emails and it still will not open up. I can get on in webmail and Safe Mode, but not normal opening. Help!!!! I use my Contacts and Calender a lot.
I am on my desktop and have Roadrunner as Internet provider. I am not talking about Browser, webmail or my IPhone. This is the paid for MS Office 2007 program.

lost emails think I need private help

I've lost all my emails, including emails I had in folders.  I am unable to recover any of the emails using the recover deleted emails button (was set inadvertently to "not recover" and is currently set to recover deleted emails).  I had downloaded all mail to Office Outlook, deleted current mail in the inbox online, and when I downloaded the one email in inbox that had not downloaded into Office Outlook (did not request sync for all mail, just "download inbox"), all offline mail was deleted.   Please help.

Outlook Office Expired Mail Still Going There

When I got my PC I activated the Office Outlook. Now that that has expired, I am not activating it. I now have an Outlook.com and my mail is still going to Office Outlook . What can I do or not do to resolve?
