Outlook deleting mail from my offline C:/ Folders and placing empty sub folders in these offline folders. Note: I have recently installed Norton 360.

Hi,

 

 I have recently (last few weeks) found my outlook is creating folders such as 'a file so that changes to the file can be reflected' and 'to improve performance and reduce form size'.  At the same time I am losing large chunks of email.

 

I have recently install Norton 360 and linked it to my outlook has anyone experience of this problem, as I am losing a lot of email through it. 

 

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

URGENT! : Help restoring lost emails

I lost a few months of emails from my live.com account.

 

The emails were stored in offline folders on my local email client but I lost everything on that computer when the hard drive died.

 

My live.com account is working fine now, but I REALLY need my emails from August 2012  through January 2013 that were 'permanently' deleted to be restored.

 

These emails contain important personal and business infomation that I never backed up anywhere else.

 

Please restore these emails to my live.com account or contact me to let me know what options might be available.  There is some very crucial information that I need to get to.

 

I am willing to pay for Microsoft Support for this since I realize this issue is my fault and probably not covered by regular, free live.com support.
