Windows Live Mail export only export the first message in my folders NOT all the emails!!

I am amking a backup of my emails.

 

When I used the export function last time, all the emails were copied but now ONLY the first email in the first folder of the ones I have selected...

 

I have tried several times, no luck...has this happened to you as well??

 

What did you do to solve the prob?

IS THERE A NUMBER TO CALL AT HOTMAIL.
THESE WERE AN ARCHIVE OF MY BUSiNESS AND IMPORTANT INFO OVER A 10 YEAR PERIOD SO I AM IN REAL TROUBLE.

this seems to be associated with outlook.
I just got a message saying hotmail was converting to Outlook.

This was terrible because all my email s froze and I could not open them up.

Maybe that is because I have a MAC not a PC.

I can't use Hotmail any more if I cannot save my important information.

I would pay to get my emails back.

Can anyone help me please.  This has turned my life upside down. I thought emails were safe to keep.

Upgrading & Installing Outlook on MacBook

I have purchased & installed MS Office excluding Outlook on my MacBook Air. I would like to now addon Outlook but do not seem to know how to upgrade or download ONLY Outlloook. I did find the download site but it only allows payment from a US address & not from an India address. Do anyone have a solution?

can anyone tell me how to put an end to this scam, I get about 15 a day

My inbox has lost emails without being deleted.when I search emails it can be pulled out but my inbox doesnot have those emails.I use apple laptop. Apple couldnot figure it out.Somehow I have been able to copy all my emails from my email outlook( stamp with a bird logo)in my mac but mac can't do it. Help me out please.

I clicked on Messenger by mistake.  I ONLY want Hotmail.  How do I delete Messenger?

On the left side of the page as I was going down to my contacts, I clicked on Messenger by mistake.

Now I have a Messenger account instead of my Hotmail account.

How do I get rid of Messenger and get my Hotmail back?

I've read the options and I can't find anything.

I need really simple instructions and I use the computer buy I am NOT computer literate with the words and keys.

Emails recently have been bouncing back to me with this error first:

Then FAILURE Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

(removed email address) 
It seems to happen only with the Tribune address, but Tribune IT confirms that it is not their problem but a MSN Hotmail problem not communicating with the Tribune servers. Other address other then Tribune seem to be fine.
Is there a solution? Any suggestions appreciated. Can supply the source code upon request if that is needed. Thanks in advance, Mark
