How the **** did my hotmail account get all my phone contacts? Also, I can't seem to delete the deleted contacts in the contacts manage page. Only option is restore. I just want to delete all info.

In Hotmail-"Insert/Photo" Option does not allow me to view Options such as "Insert/Photo..New Album
please help me, I have tried several times to update my mobile number on my hotmail account but does not show that option anymore it only show the option to change sms settings and that is all.
After I write an email, I no longer have a Spell Check option :(
