Attachment ID has bad Format comes up, when I try to send new or reply and forward without even doing any attachments Email.

  1. My Attachment/office docs/photos bar keep disappearing after a few seconds. When I try to open new or reply and forward email.
  2. When I do send Comes with another inbox page beside the one I have aready have open.
  3. MY HOTMAIL ACCT WORKS GREAT ON ALL OTHER COMPUTERS EXCEPT ONE
  4. When I try to use google browser,  Attachment ID has bad Format comes up.
