We have 2 Live Mail accounts on one pc. Suddenly one of them is having trouble sending messages (all types) . They get stuck in the Outbox. To get them sent I have to log off and log back in, and when I do the messages are sent from the Outbox as I open Live Mail. This means I can only send messages when I have freshly signed on.......after that they stick. I have tried using the repair function on Windows essentials and also resetting Internet Explorer (someone recommended this). Makes no difference if the messages have attachments or not. It happens to all types.
Any ideas?
Whenever I receive a new message, the message goes to the Outbox first and Windows Live tries to send it to everybody in my contact list. In order to receive new messages, I go to Outbox first, delete all messages, and then go to Inbox. Then the messages will appear. How can I get this program back to normal? I have gone to the Control Panel several times, and 'repaired' the program. It isn't repaired. What do I do?
Attempt: I highlited the INBOX before I built the message rule thinking that the applied Folder will the INBOX only the OUTBOX was displayed on completion of the Message Rule
I would appreciate some instructions on how to change the applied folder from the OUTBOX to INBOX
Thank You
Joe
