I need to hide all of the recepients email addresses when I am sending information to a large group of people to keep their emails secure. How do I do this on outgoing email?
Hi, I am using an iPad and iPhone, and on both, I can't seem to send any outgoing mail, though I am receiving just fine. I have tried reinstalling and rebooting, but it's not working. Can anyone help?
I was referred here by the help staff on Twitter. I have been having trouble sending outgoing mail on my iPhone. The error says " Cannot Send Mail. The user name or password for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***@smtp.live.com is incorrect.  However, the password is correct and the same for my incoming mail which I am receiving. I had the same problem last week and the genius desk at Apple helped me by deleting and reinstalling the account. It worked but now same problem and this time deleting and reinstalling isn't working. I'm not sure why this is happening...could it be the change to Outlook?  It seems the problem started shortly after. I look forward to your help.
I wanted to know if there was anyway to permanently set up outgoing mail as BCC instead of the To   The to always comes up first and I forget to use the BCC but it is difficult when sending out forward mail and you are forwarding to many on your list  All their emails show up for spamers  to pick up so it is good to always use BCC so it is more private is there any way to change the To to permanently bringing up the BCC line so all mail goes out on the blind side.
I have a default windows live mail e-mail account and I have attempted several times to set up a second e-mail address.  Every time I do so I have been able to create the address with its own password, and send outgoing mail, however I am unable to receive incoming mail as I get a pop up window displaying the following message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the ********* account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90

Server Response: -ERR Authentication failed.

Server: ************

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC92

Protocol: POP3

Port: 110

Secure(SSL): No

I have tried clearing the password box and retyping the password, but the box just reappears asking form my details again.  Why won't it recognise the password and how can I resolve this issue?

Since 14/8 I haven't been able to send emails, am receiving them OK, using Outlook with XP.

I have exactly the same problem.  I am using Windows Live Mail (Windows 7 Home Premium). Since yesterday, maybe the day before, my outgoing mail is stuck in my Outbox and I get an error box with ID 0x800CCC67.  My server says it's a Windows Update problem and I should do a system restore.  I've done this three times now, going to an earlier time, but it's still no good.  I'm receiving mail regularly with no problem but not able to send.  I eventually got through to 'Windows' and was told they were not aware of a problem and there was nothing they could do unless I subscribed to their premium service (£65!!!!)  What a cheek.  Can anybody out there help.  I'm not a computer geek but am certainly not a beginner.  Been using the same system for years.

I am a freelance contractor and I have e-mail accounts for several corporate entities that I manage in Outlook for Mac 2011.  I have rules set-up to all incoming messages to Categorize and therefore color code them according to Account.

I cannot get this to work for outgoing mail.  I tried entering the rule in the Exchange account, but there is no option for outgoing.  I entered it under Outgoing but it does not work.

It is rather annoying to view a conversation and see my replies in Black when the incoming conversations are color-coded.  This irritates my OCD!
