Using LiveMail, one email address known to be valid generates this error message upon clicking send:

This message could not be sent.
Some of the recipients for this message are not valid.
Please verify the names.

By changing just one letter in the ID it passes.

How can a name be blocked in outgoing mail?
When I send a mail there should be a copy saved in the folder 'Sent'. However this does not work. I have checked all settings over and over again but find nothing suspicious. And, yes, I have checked the box "Save copy of sent messages in the 'Sent Items' folder". I thought it might be something with the server, but when using web-mail I do get a copy in the sent messages folder, and it is eventually copied into the 'Sent' folder of Windows Live Mail as well, after synchronizing. It is only when I send from Windows Live Mail that I do not get a copy in the 'Sent' folder.

Any ideas?

I have downloaded a free trial of Office for Mac 2011. The only issue at this time preventing me from purchasing it is that the email is not working. I have configured it properly and I am getting green lights indicating that both incoming and outgoing should be working. However it is not allowing any outgoing mail. The other problem is the outbox botton keeps disapearing leaving me unable to view the messages in the outbox. Is this a flaw in the software or is there a solution?

I tried to send a mail with an attachment that exceeded size limits.  The problem is that the message is not visible in my outbox thus I cannot delete it.  Now, every time I do a send/receive outlook attempts to resend the large file and I continuously get the error message indicating that the message could not be sent.....  How can I delete the mail with the attachment if I cannot see it in my outbox?
I am using Outlook 2011 for Mac and would like to add my Window Live email account to my mailbox in outlook. Once added, I can receive my email in outlook but am unable to send outgoing mail through outlook - the error that comes up is saying 'The server does not support secure connections'. I have configured the SMTP with "25" as it is suggested I do by Microsoft but I know this setting is optimized for Outlook Express. How do I get this working correctly allowing me to use outlook for all my email accounts?
Comcast sent a note to change ports on outgoing mail. During the process with them, I accidentally deleted my account from Windows Live. I set up a new account (using all the same info), but none of the saved emails that were saved in the folders I had survived. Is there a way to retrieve them? I tried using a system restore with no luck. I suspect the answer is no, but I thought I would try. I am using Live Mail 2011 and Windows 7. Any help is greatly appreciated.
P.S. I'm not sure if this is the right forum.
I tried to send four emails, each with a large file that, apparently, exceeds the file size. Everytime a Send/Recieve happens, Outlook tries again to send these files.

I want to DELETE the files from the Outbox, but don't see the outbox in the file structure (on the left).

Help?
