If I create a new appointment in Outlook 2007 and enter description details e.g. an address with each line of the address on a new line, the appointment syncs with the online Outlook.com calendar fine, except, when I view the appointment again in Outlook 2007 or online Outlook.com, a blank line has been inserted between each line in the description details.

If I delete the blank lines in Outlook 2007 and save, all is OK until sync occurs, and the blank lines are re-inserted.

What and why are these blank lines inserted? Please advise?

hey there,

Currently am using OUTLOOK 2007 and am not able to print a single page of the mail. Previously when i used to use 2003 version it was easy for me to print a single page on the printer but i doesn't work in 2007 version. can you pls advice if there is any way by which i can come out of this problem. I think it is bcoz of the Memo Style which is by default in my system can anyone help me with the same.

Hello,

Has anyone found a solution to transfer emails from outlook 2011 to Windows outlook 2007?
I want to switch over to outlook 2007 for some personal reasons and want to migrate my thousands of mails stacked in different folders from outlook 2011 over to outlook 2007.

I have spent hours looking for solution but have not found any solid solution yet, also at some places I have found that its practically not possible to transfer from outlook 2011 to outlook 2007. If that's true then there is a lot of trouble coming my way, please comment and if possible suggest some solution for this situation.

All the solutions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
How do I import my contacts and history from Outlook 2007 to outlook.com?

I have stopped my messages going into Outlook 2007 (as otherwise they don't also go into Outlook.com) but I don't have my contacts and history available in there yet.

Thanks

Anne
when i used to use outlook 2003 i could easily print a conversation on a single page but in outlook 2007 am not able to do so because of MEMO style. pls can you advice how to get rid of this thing as i tried to get an answer on this from the Google but couldn't find a satisfying solution for the same. can you come back to me on the same.
I cannot get emails to sync either way consistently (sometimes, at all) when using Outlook 2007 on my desktop and Outlook.com.  I have deleted and reinstalled the Outlook/Hotmail connector many times, rebooted PC many times and pulled my hair out many times! - the result is always the same changes to the Outlook 2007 or Outlook.com  folder hierarchy/items are not reflected at the other end. This is true even after many hours have passed.

I have set up my domain email account to forward all emails to my Outlook.com account - they arrive okay. By default all mail is received to the junk folder until sender is added to the safe contacts list. No items ever appear in the junk mail folder contained within the Outlook.com folder within Outlook 2007 - ever! Does this folder not sync?

The Inbox folder rarely updates - never to changes made in Outlook 2007.

Folders or mail items created or copied from my Personal folder to my Outlook.com folder within Outlook 2007 are not made in Outlook.com with more than 5% reliability - if at all. Most of the time it just doesn't happen - even after many hours have elapsed.

On many occasions, when sending/receiving is initiated within Outlook 2007 it gets to 45%(ish) stays there for a random amount of time (could be seconds or many minutes) and then completes with absolutely no changes being made at either end.

Whatever I do (note that  I have been a self employed techie for 20+ years!) nothing seems to create a workable solution.

I had avoided using any form of on-line email service to date, preferring to trust the traditional desktop environment as being more secure and reliable and have always advocated this to my clients - it seems with good reason judging by the experiences of many others in this community.  I thought that I'd try my personal email solution first before advising clients to do the same - I'm glad I did because it seems far from the quality of service we have traditionally enjoyed with desktop solutions.

Is anybody able to convince me otherwise?

Hi,

I have tried bith IMAP and POP3 on MS Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 PC.

Earlier, I used Outlook express for non-Microsoft emails and was just fine. I am unable to access thoe  profiles either.

Can anyone please let me know the exact sequence of steps needed to set it right?

How do I set up Outlook 2010 and/or Outlook 2007 to pull in my emails from Outlook.com?

I am using Outlook 2007 on my laptop and when I click X to delete an email, a line is placed through the email header but the email does not move to the deleted folder.

But if I access my mail through webmail and delete them there, the emails marked with the line through them on my laptop are somehow automatically permanently deleted in my Outlook programme!
