Hello

I have asked this question previously with no response...

My windows 7 pc crashed.  I was running outlook 2013 and syncing my contacts between outlook, Hotmail and my iphone.  Life was good.  I purchased a windows 8 pc and installed office 2010 (not 2013).  My contacts sync just fine, but none of the photos will sync to outlook.  They are still on my iPhone, but I cannot get them to sync to outlook.  Can someone please help?  Obviously, it is not the end of the world, but it is a feature Microsoft has provided, and one I have grown quite fond of, so I would really like it to work.

??? One of the questions below asks Mobile Version?  Not sure how to answer.  This affects my phone but this is not about the mobile version of Outlook.

I'd like to know how to create a meeting in Microsoft Outlook 2010 that recurs the second anf fourth Wednesday of each month.  If I use the Weekly option and try every 2 weeks I get thrown off by months with 5 weeks.  If I use the Monthly option I only see the option to choose one week in the month.

I am using Outlook  2010 and when I try to access/open outlook I get the following message;

Cannot open your e-mail default folders. Errors have been detected in the file c:/ Users/ etc

I have tried starting in safe mode and system restore. but they haven't resolved the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can resolve this problem, I would be very grateful?

Thank you

I have outlook 2010 and then updated it by a 2013 download

when I recently acquitted an ipad and tried to download photos onto my PC

a message came up that SkyDrive could not work with 2 versions of outlook

Any suggestions on what I do?

how do I remove outlook 2010?

if I clink uninstall it comes to the whole office programme  2010

I have two calendars in Outlook 2010, each says Personal Folders at the side of it. I can't delete either of them. Unfortunately one of them syncs with my laptop through Code 2 Outlook Sync but the other syncs with my Samsung Galaxy S3 through Kies. I can't get either of these to sync with the other outlook folder. Has anyone any ideas please? At the moment I'm copying each entry across to both calendars, but that's hardly a long term solution.

I deleted my att.yahoo account from outlook 2010 on windows 7. How do I recover it? The data files are still there and I can see my email address with all the folds. But I cannot send or receive emails.  I have tried many times to add the account back into outlook but it has not worked. Please advise what I can do to recover the account.  Thank you

In Outlook 2011 for Mac, there is an annoying but/lack of full-feature that was fixed in Outlook 2010 at release. Conversation view/email conversations are very annoying as they do not work as they should, it seems to ONLY group by Subject so if someone emails me with the subject "Hey" I see a conversation with 100+ emails going back years and years all from different emails/senders/TOTALLY unrelated. Outlook is supposed to be 'smarter than this' (their words not mine) as they stated when this was brought up years ago in Outlook 2010 Technical Preview, it was having the SAME problem even though they stated it shouldn't, until they finally got it fixed and patched, now in 2013 (and I think it was fixed in 2010 post-launch) it works flawlessly - of course, that's all the PC Versions. For Mac, it still seems to be SOL as the conversation logic needs dramatic help, this is crazy that it only seems to go by subject, you can see the post on 2010 from way back below:

Please fix this logic in 2011 for Mac or at least release 2013 for mac soon, stupid that such a simple yet MAJOR logic upgrade was completely skipped in 2011 for Mac. If anyone knows any solid work-arounds, would appreciate it.
Whenever I send any email with an attachement from Outlook 2010 to a certain hotmail recipient, they cannot see or open any of my attachments. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Since you guys started moving Hotmail to Outlook.com my Galaxy S2 that I had working just fine with ActiveSync and Outlook 2010 has stopped working. My contacts and calendar stopped syncing over a month ago and now my e-mail will not download on the phone. I've tried deleting and recreating the account on my phone, but still no sync. All my contacts and calendar items appear on Outlook.com, but they just won't sync to the phone nor will items sync from the phone to Outlook.com and then to my Outlook 2010 on the PC. This is a major problem for me. I've tried all kinds of different servers to get this to work, but anything other than m.hotmail.com returns an error of incorrect protocol or incorrect password. How can I get ActiveSync working with my phone and PC again?
I am about to let go my mac system because of its regularly occurring problems and costly maintenance issues.
But the thing I can't let go is the thousands of emails & contacts which is the base of my business firm.
I have purchased a new windows 8 laptop with ms office 2010 installed.
I thought I can transfer the emails present in outlook 2011 in my mac to windows outlook 2010 easily but it seems as the most difficult task I have come across. The emails won't transfer at all.

Please help me before my mac has another issue.
