I have a user that I'm moving to a new machine. There are no entries in their contacts or Outlook address book. However the auto complete function completes address in a new mail form. Where is this data held and how can I access it so I can move it
to the new machine?
Hi, i would like to set up an iCloud email address in Outlook 2011 (14.2.5) but i don't want iCloud to sync to Outlook address book and calendars.
Is there a way i can do that?

Outlook address book: only shows tip 1/4 to 1/3 of email address when go to saved addresses. I could send a picture to clarify.
I have about 20 contacts in my Outlook address book, all with email addresses. When I compose a new email and start typing the name of who I am sending it to, the email address doesnt come up in the TO: section for me to choose like it did in all my previous
versions of outlook. I have to type the entire email address out.
Any idea why this is happening? Ive checked all preferences and cant find anything that related to emails pulling contacts from the outlook address book.
So frustrating!

am using Office for Mac 2011. and I'm unable to add or modify the "default address format" in outlook.
I have about 10 countries with "default address format" (which was obviously imported from entourage as I had set them up there some years ago), but I need to create new ones for thailand and malaysia in my outlook address book. but I'm not able to do
anything. I've tried searching on the net, but am not finding anything that would help me resolve this issue.

It does not happen very often, but I sometimes get bogus contacts in my Outlook address book. They are coming from my Hotmail account since I have the Hotmail interface to Outlook. I can delete them in Outlook and it somehow synchronizes the delete over
in Hotmail. But the really weird thing about it is that many of them have the word "camp" in their name. In fact most of them. Who are these "camp" people and how can I stop them from hijacking my contact list? I have Windows Vista with all the updates.
Any information that you have would be greatly appreciated.
