(I ma posting here w/o graphics AND hiding the Unique ID):
Is this a genuine email from Microsoft? Should I click on the link provided?
If that's a forged email, not genuine, better to stay away.
But I NEVER made any request of password reset. So, what should I do?

Trying to make "Outlook.com" my default mail. When I open Outlook.com I notice at the top of the page that "live.com" is showing. When I go to the default page to choose my mail default there is no "Windows Live" or "Live.com" or any mail name listed in the program list for me to select. Do I need to download "Windows Live" or another program name so I can choose "Outlook.com" for my e-mail "default". I apologize for being so dense but I really do need some help with this. I have been searching everywhere for an answer.
How do I get my contacts back? I switched over to Outlook this past weekend and lost my contacts. I have been a hotmail user since hotmail was launched. This is very disheartening. I do like the new format, but without my contacts the sevice is useless.
NOTE: The title of this post was edited to help customers find this topic easily in their search results.
How do I print a "proper" page(s) from outlook.com?
TIA
