Hello,
I am using an email blast third party online. They do not yet offer the ability to create .pdfs so what I do is send the email to myself, open it in Outlook, Print a pdf and then it is created. The problem is the .pdf has horrible breaks, some breaks go right through photos.
How do I work around this?
We need to link a pdf to the email blast going out.
I tried pasting it in Word, but it is still spinning. It is about 8 pages.
Thank you.
Hello,
I am having trouble setting up me outlook email account.
I have installed the software. Clicked on tools then accounts and finally email. But everything has frozen and i cannot quit and try again!
Emails are composed in a size Veranda 12 font using Outlook 2011 (MAC), but were when sent in multiple font sizes within the same email. The email shows normally in Outlook 2011 (MAC) users Sent Items folder but shows the multiple font sizes on any Outlook 2010Exchange account configured in Outlook for PC.
Sending user using Outlook 2011 (MAC)
Receiving User using Outlook 201o (PC)
MAC Sending user is using the Veranda 12 font as his default
MAC User States he "Cuts and Pastes" but sill changes everything to the Veranda 12 font
PC User see the document in various fonts and sizes.
The document is very unprofessional looking.
Any Hints on how I fix this?

My primary email address is an outlook email given from my university (email for life) before I graduated in 2010 (@aberdeen.ac.uk). For some reason I can only see the emails to this address on my outlook 2010 programme or ipad mail app. When I log in to my email address on outlook.com or the win 8.1 app all I see is an empty inbox.
This wouldnt be a massive issue if I could just get rid of the email address, but my main microsoft account it linked through it and all my app purchases and xboxlive.
Is there any work around for issues like this, or way to manually enter the server details for the email address to overrule the incorrect ones that the outlook website and app I'm guessing are using.
on side note, its rather irritating the the apple email app is able to access my emails but the microsoft one who are the same company providing the email address cannot...
No such change was requested by me, the account holder, so I am very doubtful about the email. Especially so as it was sent to the 'standard' *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account and not the email account set for security purposes! Further, it gave a 'link' to https://account.live.com so as such links are frequently suspect with spoofed or hidden redirections I manually typed that into my Firefox browser. But nothing happened! It apparently attempted to access the URL but nothing appeared for quite a while, until I got an error message saying the server was too slow in responding. I tried 5 times yesterday with the same non-result.
This morning I tried yet again and got exactly the same non-result! So in desperation I tried using IE8, and got in almost straight away! Why didn't it work with FF25? It MUST work in ALL browsers surely as I should be able to access that page from my Ubuntu Linux system that only uses Firefox and IE is not available for that platform, or is this yet another example of Microsoft trying to dictate what software people use?
Anyway, I managed to change my password for safety - but still no other confirmation request messages and I can access all my Microsoft accounts with the new password without any other confirmation!! That's surely not safe enough? Especially in view of the fact that such a 'confirmation' notification had been sent but to the wrong email address!
There seems to be something very odd happening that makes me very uncomfortable with the whole Microsoft Office, and especially hotmail.co.uk, systems and shows to me that Outlook.com is definitely NOT any safer than previous web-browser-based email systems and that your current advertising is at least misleading and maybe totally wrong and hence illegal in the UK.
Comment from the Outlook.com team please?
