I got my new Galaxy S4 a couple of weeks ago and my Outlook email account was syncing with it without a problem until recently.  I just noticed I haven't received any new email on it since Sunday (three days ago), even after I manually selected the sync button.  I have checked my Outlook mailbox on my iMac and I have indeed received new mail.  Does anyone know the reason for this, or can someone please let me know how to fix this?

I can't change my profile picture for my outlook email. I have tried the basic stuff and it is not working. It seems that my pic might have come over from Facebook when I made an account there (not sure though). I've deleted the pic from Facebook but it is still on my outlook email. Currently, my outlook says I don't have a profile picture (since I deleted everything I could), but when I send an email, there's that picture I don't want people to see! Can anyone PLEASE help? I don't want to send any more emails like this. Thanks.
I have recently had my Outlook email frozen and receive the above message. 
The email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  I couldn't access the account on the day that Microsoft removed the link between email accounts.  I used to access the account from my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account.  I have tried the resetting form but don't know enough of the answers to activate.  I can answer some questions about the senders of the emails though.

I received this message when trying to login to my outlook web email on Monday: “Your account has been closed. It looks like the Terms of Use may have been violated. To have our support team look into this, please click the support link below.”  I have no idea why this would have occured unless it is related to my account being hacked a couple weeks ago. I been trying for three days to get someone to help fix this.  I submitted a support ticket and got this message in return:

Hello,
We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account was already active.  Due to the account not being blocked we are closing this case as resolved.  If you need help with Outlook.com or other Microsoft products please visit http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us .

But I still cannot access my email and get the same message when I try, and I cannot get anyone at Microsoft to respond to me.  Is there anyone at Microsoft who has any interest in helping me?  This has screwed up the past three days considerably.  Since I cannot access outlook email, if anyone will help me the email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I am trying out Carbonite backup to back up my outlook email. However, I found out from Carbonite tech support that since all my outlook email are stored in .ost format rather than .pst format, Carbonite can't backup my emails. I am interested in finding out how to save my outlook emails in .pst format.

Please note before continuing.  I am not talking about another POP3 (gmail) account populating my outlook.com inbox.

I am talking about my straight outlook.com email.  Email is not entering my inbox until I hit the refresh arrow inside of my inbox.  I just hit refresh on my inbox at 10:39am and in popped an email that has a time stamp of 10:01am this morning.  This continues to happen and has been like this for too long now.

I cannot find any settings that grabs my mail more frequently.  I need my email to push through the moment I get it and please tell me where the setting is that I am missing.
