My Outlook will not send emails to external email addresses, though it is sending emails to internal company addresses. I am getting the message 'Delivery Delayed' for the external emails. Can anybody help?
I also think that I'm not receiving emails from external addresses either.
Status reports on August 17, 2013 say that some mobile users may have trouble accessing Outlook email. However, I can not connect to my Outlook/MSN email on any device (Mac computer, Windows computer, iPhone, tablet) Outlook is not working on any device, that is I can not sign in on any device. 

Is there something I'm suppose to do with my devices to get my Outlook/MSN email working again? 

I live in the USA - Midwest - Lincoln, Nebraska.




I am unable to open folders in my outlook email account. I can not open my deleted folder or any other folder. I can only access my inbox.

Microsoft....  The mobile sync problem with the "few" people is NOT FIXED.

Both my wife's iPad and iPhone and my iPad and iPhone still get stuck at "checking for mail" then will error out and say it can't connect to the server.

I have been using outlook.com email on my iPhone and iPad since the day it became outlook.com.  My settings are correct.  I have even tried your recommendation to delete the account and re-add it.  Still not,working.

Please fix this!  This is inexcusable.  The entire reason I went to outlook.com was because Microsoft touted how reliable it was over Google.

All day yesterday I could not access my outlook email. Last night it finally was working fine. Now again this AM I can't access. I get a message that I may be having trouble syncing my mobile device with my email. I DO NOT USE A MOBILE DEVICE TO ACCESS MY EMAI. So....what is really going on? I need my email and this has been TWO BUSINESS days ruined !!!!
