I have an outlook email, which I log in using Skype. Today I woke up and I was logged out of Skype (which was weird enough already, since my computer was up all night, with sleep mode fully disabled).
Then when I tried to log in, a message that someone else logged my account in another computer appeared, and asked me to change my info, which I have already done now.
I have important data on my email, and I would like to know if my email has been compromised or not. Is it possible to check it out by seeing the last ips that loggeed my acount? the whole thing happened in the last 24 hours.
And I wanna know if it was just an error or something because I'm scared. I was hoping this was just some kind of error, because my email password wasn't even changed, but I don't like to use unsafe email account that have been compromised before, I always
ditch them and create new one's.
So yeah, please if there's a way check the IP's that logged in the last 24 hours (or 48 better). They all should be from Spain.
The email is linked to this account, thanks.
I cannot sign in to my Outlook email account, even after changing my Outlook password. Something seems to be blocking email messages that would otherwise be coming in to my Outlook email-account inbox. Can you please help me sign in to my Outlook account?
Hi,
When ever i am receiving an email from our web portal to my MAC machine which has Outlook installed the. Email text is compacted. It shows only in a particular portion of the screen.
Please find attached the image of the email received.
Hello, my email account has been locked, i have been asked by microsoft to complete a validation form in order to access my email account i have now completed three of these forms each time i get an automated response stating the form was not fully completed,
however much of the form is irrelevant such as billing information. If anyone has any help on this it would be much appreciated as i need to access my emails
After setting up my son's account, when we try to log in to his outlook email we get redirected to a Family Safety web page with the message,"The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down." What else is needed to get his
email account working? Thanks!
Hello,
My problem lies with some emails that are sent to my school's email address (******* Email address is removed for privacy ***) that are being automatically forwarded to an Outlook Alias (****** Email address is removed for privacy ***) of my primary Outlook account (******** Email address is removed for privacy ***).
Case 1: I was sent an email with a discussion thread by sender A. The thread contained a email previously addressed and sent to me by sender A, but I had never received it before, and it does not exist in my inbox. So I have proof that it was sent from
sender A to me, but I had not received it. Sender A explained that he had never received an error email when sending it.
Case 2: I was expecting an email, but did not receive it. I emailed the individual, and they said that they sent it and did not receive an error email. This situation has occurred 5+ times.
Case 3: The IT people at my college looked at the log of my school emails. They found an email in Case 2 that was successfully received by my school email, and forwarded to my outlook email with no apparent error.
I have done the procedure detailed here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/email/im-not-receiving-emails-sent-by-my-family-or/377a9bf3-7975-4d76-a6eb-04dcc6d68097,
which includes the following:
1) Checked my Junk folder
2) Checked my Blocked sender list
3) Checked my Email Rules
4) Checked my Junk Mail Settings
5) Checked my Reply-to address
There is still a problem despite following the procedure above. This is a pretty frustrating situation, because I shouldn't have to worry about missing more time-sensitive internship-related emails.
In Word there is an 'insert mode' which is fine. When I try to insert a letter in an Outlook email it wipes out my previously typed letter. Help! Has anyone hacked this one? Cant find anything on the forum.
Kind regards - Pat
I recently went to log in to my other Outlook email account and I got a notification saying the account was under the suspension of being hacked. I did the account recovery form (twice) since I do not have
access to the account that I put down as the recovery email. Due to the very poor questions on the account recovery form, and the fact that the questions (in specific: email for previously emailed accounts and subject of previous emailed accounts) are not
re memorable considering I don't send emails (and the last time I sent an email was a year or so ago), because I mainly use my email to receive emails from websites. So now I'm contacting you because I need access back to my email account quickly.
Can the tech-support person give me an address to send a test email to? If I post it here, with three different fonts appearing in a brief email I sent after I'd verified that both the font of the body of the message and the signature font were set at
Arial 12, the formatting of this help forum returns all the text to a single font.
when hotmail was shut down it appeared I lost all emails, folders & contacts. I created a outlook email with exactly the same *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and same password and attempted to retrieve all emails etc with no success. I normally use firefox version 23 (I noticed
elsewhere version 17 is recommended however that would be an older version and cannot upgrade backwards), I have opened google chrome using www.outlook.com and it opened my original hotmail to a surprise and found my original emails etc but does not show my
new outlook emails.
I would like to pair the two emails together eg to transfer all hotmail information across to my outlook however I have been unsuccessful following any faq's that I have found and adding a alias does not work either.
Please assist.
