My emails aren’t being forwarded from windows live to outlook since about 1pm today. I checked all my info and its correct, what now?

I have outlook and was having my emails forwarded from Windows live and it was fine until about 1pm today. Now outlook info said, "there is a problem forwarding email to this address" I have no idea why and have checked all my info and can find no problem, what do I do now?

MS Office 2011 14.2.3 Update deleted ALL my Outlook info

I have just run installed the Microsoft Office 2011 14.2.3 Update and ALL my Outlook info is lost! How can I recover it? Thanks of any help.
