Question about Outlook Express

Just got a message in my junk mail from "Outlook Mail Support" with the above in the subject line.  The body text states the following: 

"Please copy/click the link below to perform maintenance work required to im=
prove the protection of your email account for us to verify and have your a=
ccount cleared against this virus.
 Failure to comply will lead to the termination of your email account in the 
next 48 hours. Access to this server is available from your location through 
the Universal Resource Locator
 Click or Copy the below link to a browser and fill the required:
 http://secure-hotmail.jimdo.com/
 Hoping to serve you better.
 Sincerely, Outlook Mail Support"

 
I'm assuming this is a bogus e-mail scam of some sort?
