To check the messages addressed to my OutLook account, I must check the more stable / reliable GMail account for the copy of the incoming OutLook message I requested be copied to them. This is not very reassuring and speaks volumes about the user (un)friendliness
of the OutLook design. What is going on? The previous tech suggested a link to read that was not any help at all - as I had previously & painstakingly followed the steps outlined. (Do other readers find the MS people kinda hard to reach? especially when
it matters most??))
I received libelous messages and need to detect who is sending them from a Hotmail account. Who can I contact as Outlook.com has no real people to speak with.
