Trashed message in IMAP account reappear in Inbox

I have this problem on both an iMac and a MacBookPro. Both with same version of Outlook and running MacOS10.7.5

When I delete messages from the Inbox they go away but reappear a few seconds/minutes later. This only happens with an IMAP account managed by Network Solutions. I also have a standard Mac account (also IMAP) and this problem does not happen. Sometimes, if I open the message and then delete it, it does not reappear in the Inbox, but when I look at the trash, I will have multiple copies of the same trashed message. I have talked to Network Solutions multiple times, but they only "reset" the account and after a few minutes, the problem reappears. This issue does not happen when I open/check this IMAP account with an iPad/iPhone. I am trying to diagnose if the problem is an Outlook problem or if it is a Network Solutions problem. I was about to close the Network Solutions IMAP account and open it at another email provider, but I am not sure who is at fault.

Outlook crashes and re-boots when I try to send email with pictures attached

For about a week my Outlook 2013 has been closing/crashing when I attach a clip art, picture, etc..
It just stops, sends the message that it has stopped and then reboots Outlook. Is this a Win 8.1 problem, and Outlook problem or my email server problem?
Sometimes I can send thru suddenlink (my server) sometimes thru icloud and sometimes I have to go to Yahoo, and then like just now non will let me send the email with a poster attached (200mb or less).

Windows 8 Outlook and I am receiving bounced messages that I am over quota. I do not have any messages in my inbox, deleted or junk .  Why is this happening. I can not receive your answers in my email, as all incoming mail is bounced.  Please help me I need my email.

When I try to send/receive on Outlook I receive a message "Error" and the details state that an unknown error has occurred "unknown error 0x80040600".  The suggested remedy is to use scanpst.exe but I can't find this on my computer. I use Windows 7 on a HP laptop.

My Outlook 2011, deletes mails on the mailserver as soon as it detect the mail in inbox(not read). The email setup is IMAP,and i have 3 mails accounts, whits is setup similarly, it only gives problems on one of them. 

I use one.com mailserver. One's hotline can not help, they say it is a Outlook problem.

It is a big problem when my mac detect the mail before my Iphone, then it is not available on the Iphone.  

It works perfectly in the email program Thunderbird.....

Help don´t know what to do?

For the last 3 days I keep getting the above message in Hotmail - Outlook when I try to send a small e-mail with one 2 page attachment and it is still not working but not sure why?  Can anyone help with this Hotmail - Outlook problem as I have not clue why this is happening - thanks!

When I preview a print job part of the right hand side is missing. No adjustment corrects it. Only a problem printing emails. Any advice very much appreciated.
