So my school has an outlook web access email, and I use it for all my school events. Is there any way to share this calendar with the outlook.com calendar? We're still on OWA 2007 :(...can't find iCal addresses or anything...
We have a user that needs to automatically archive old emails from their Inbox to another folder within the OWA. There is a way to create a rule using the 'New Inbox Rule' but that doesn't include the option to archive messages older than XX days. Is there anyway to do this? We do not want to automatically archive out inbox to local files on the user's machine.

Thanks,

Evan
I can't seem to get our OWA to work on our Macs.  We have four of them and none of them are able to access OWA.  All of our PCs work just fine.  It doesn't seem to matter what browser is used.  Is there a Mac setting that is stopping them from being able to access OWA?  The message I get is that site is unavailable or some similar version of that depending on the the browser I use.
Hi,

Until yesterday, I had a MS Office for Mac Home & Student 2011 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word but NOT Outlook) installed on my computer (it is a legit version that I bought). I uninstalled it completely today because I could not install the free MS Outlook 2011 that comes with the Outlook Web Access (OWA). I need this Outlook for a couple of months in order to work from home. It works perfectly and is legit too. I did all the auto updates too.

The problem is that I cannot reinstall MS Office for Mac Home & Student 2011. The install works perfectly but when I want to start Excel, Powerpoint or Word, I have the MS Error Report that pops up with the following log:

Please note that Outlook is still working.

Can you please help? I have two legit pieces of software and am really annoyed to have to choose.

Many thanks
I'm using Outlook Web access from a Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Firefox 19.0.2

I am trying to « mark as unread » a message in my inbox. Contextual menu from right-cliking is not available, as well as the shortcuts supossed to work with PC are not working ... Is there another way ?!
Today, 3/10/13, Daylight Saving Time started.  I'm using a Mac with Outlook 2011 version 14.3.1 (130117).  All of my applications are fine and other applications show the right time.  Outlook Web Access to Exchange 2010 SP2 shows that the correct time adjustment has been made on the server, at least through the webapp localization features.

My Outlook 2011 client is set to the correct time zone, in my case Pacific. Instead of it showing 10:00 AM as it is now, at the time of this posting, it shows emails that I send and receive at 11:00 AM (+2 hours standard time instead of +1).  I changed the timezone in Outlook east by one zone to try to manually offset this, but Outlook ignores this attempt to workaround the problem.

Is there a patch for this?
I've searched around on this issue, but haven't gotten anywhere yet.

I've setup a rule in Outlook 2011 that when a message addressed to a certain address, it moves said message to a folder. Not that hard. However, when a message comes in matching that criteria, the rule doesn't happen. When I click Rules/Apply/Apply All, nothing happens.

When I login to my Outlook web access site, I see the rules that I created in Outlook 2011, and when I attempt to run them there, nothing happens. However, I can create the same rule on the Outlook web access site, and it will work, both when I run it manually, and when email comes in matching the criteria.

What's the problem here?

Thanks.
I work for a school that uses an Exchange server for mail and calendars. I'm using Outlook 2011 and for some reason the calendar my principal shared with me doesn't show up in Outlook. It shows up in the web access version, but not when I use the actual application on my mac. When I try to open a calendar from him, it says I don't have permissions, but clearly I do because it's showing up in Outlook Web Access. Any suggestions?
I use Outlook Web Access with a Mac and have started to have problems attached certain word documents and pdfs to emails.  I get a message informing me that the file to be attached is still in use--even after I have quit all relevant applications.  Quite frustrating and not connected to the size of filesAttac
Hi,
Last weekend I installed Exchange 2010 Service Pack 2 with rollup 3 package on all of my Exchange servers. After that none of our Mac clients (Outlook 2011) are able to connect to our server. I guess this is due to the new version of Outlook Web Access, so there should be some sort of incompatibility. OWA is working fine. Autodiscover is configured properly. By the way, all Blackberry devices that utilize OWA have the same problem. EWS directory allows basic authentication - I can easily load xml file using web browser.

Any ideas? What do you think it could be? Should we expect an update for Office for Mac?
