Cannot get into email, with an annoying OVERPROTECTIVE things!!

Hotmail keeps pushing OVERPROTECTIVE which is complicated and waste lots of time. This is really irritating and annoying. I'm sure many people will stop using hotmail very soon. It is uncomfortable since it forced to change into outlook view.

I tried so many many times to log in. Try using another account which apparently having the same problems. Even I use another account to receive the code and try to log in, it said "We're not ready for you yet. We'll send you an email on 6/23/2014 when you can replace the following security info.". This is ridiculous. Do I have to wait for a month to log in?????????

People use hotmail, normally because it is easy to use, but now it's totally not like that. Hope you fix the problem soon.

Overprotective alternate email address

Hi,

 

I was directed to a page called "Overprotective" when I logged in my Hotmail account this morning.  It then accidentally sent a confirmation email to my previous work email which I used as alternate email address for security purpose.  However, I do not have access to this previous work email now and I do not know if someone uses this email address at the moment.   I subsequently removed this previous work email from my alternate email list but it would take 30 days before it becomes effective.  I am worried if such current email address holder exists, he or she might be able to manipulate my email account.  What can I do now?  Many thanks for your help in advance.

 

 

Created New outlook.com email address but MS is Overprotective

I created a new outlook.com email address and I get this error:

 

Call us overprotective, but we need to verify that *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is yours

Use a different email address as your Microsoft account

I did not put another email in there - I did put my cell phone (not no text).  But I cannot even get to the inbox right now.  I keep getting the above message. 

 

If I cannot get to my email account, how does it expect me to verify it?
