Email Contents failed to show and the contents becomes and attachment

I am using Windows 7 Professional operating and Windows live mail version 15.4.3555.0308. Both my operating system and other microsoft products updates up-to date. So far I dont have any issues, but from past 3 weeks my live mail not working properly like it takes many times to load my messages and the email contents failed to show in preview pane.

I know this question has been asked before but am still have the same problem after I've tried all of the suggestions mentioned in this community. I dont use any other party antivirus program to scan my system except Microsoft security essential.

Sometimes I could read my mails when I close it and re-opened. But now that trick also not working for me.

I dont like to go for thrid party mail like thunderbird etc. Hope someone can come with a right solution.

Thanks in advance

I lost my very important long email befor saving an sending...I know dumB!! LOL. Im new at this an can wright it again, but if there is some way to retrieve it that would be GREAT. I tryed to get answers but they not working an as silly as it may sound i can't find the GO menu to click -folder list an then hit Navigation Pane????
If I want to search for an email in the SENT ITEMS folder, I can only view for a short time before it automatically flips back to the INBOX.  Frustrating as I'm usually looking for a particular email and if I try to read an email in the preview pane (even after selecting/highlighting the item), the view flips right before my eyes back to INBOX.  I have to click back on the SENT ITEMS folder.  Is there a setting that is 'on' that I can turn OFF?????

Apparentl;y one of he last updates has eliminated the icons in live messenger, that used to appear

at the top of the message pane, indicating that the other computer was capable of video chat, or voice chat.

What happendd to those icons?

When I open my email, I automatically see ads popping up on the right side of my mail , making it hard for me to read the mail. I don't want to see ads.
I recently moved to a MBP with Outlook 2011 and need assistance.  I used Outlook on Windows for years and had the ability to open an email message then simply create a new calendar entry from the message (copying the email into the calendar entry.)  I could also rearrange the navigation pane moving the Calendar to the top then simply drag and drop an email onto the calendar to create a new entry.  Am I overlooking how this works on the Mac version of Outlook 2011 or does the feature not exist?
Original Title: "list pane highlight color"
The emails in Outlook for Mac 2011 in the list pane are highlighted in an ugly orange.  Is there any way to change that to a default blue or some other color?  (I'm not talking about categories, just the color used to highlight the current email.)  Iccan't find any setting for this in any of the Outlook for Mac settings.
