resetting password option is missing in my domain : www.vacationscrafter.com. request you to kindly provide this option

Hi,
I need an option to reset passwords for my domain users. It looks like the option was not enable in the Windows Live Admin Center by default. I have 3 domains with email service hosted here: mimde.com, visa247.com.vn and kgvietnam.com
Please add the reset user's password option to all of above domains.
