How do I get a hold of a live agent to assist with password recovery. Cant seem to accomplish with automated form.
I signed up to an email account a long time ago and I have lost the password.
I know I once had access to this account because I have emails I sent to myself from it, but though it was my intention to use it I never got round to the switch, I would no like to do so and I keep having to fill in password recovery forms which then
tell me I have not entered enough information.
The account was the recovery email for my current current account as well.
I have phoned Microsoft and there is no official support, please can someone help me with this?

Is there anyway to get help recovering my account? It was hacked and I think the password was changed. I submitted the password recovery form a few days ago and finally got a message back saying there wasn't enough info to verify my account. I definitely
copy and pasted the title of the last email I sent and the last email addresses I sent it to. I correctly answered security questions and named folders I created.
I am concerned that some of the account info was altered by whoever/whatever hacked into my account so I'll never be able to verify it. This is incredibly frustrating.

I do business with a number of legitimate online retailers. However that means I also get a lot of mail from them. I used the "Unsubscribe" feature in Outlook, only to discover that it in reality is a "Block" function.
Which means that it's also blocking any Order confirmations, Customer Support, or PASSWORD RECOVERY. So yes, I'm unable to access some of my online accounts because the email to reset the password or confirm log-in information is blocked from my Inbox.
I was told to add the domain to my Safe-Sender list, however this doesn't work. Apparently Outlook in it's infinite wisdom decided "Unsubscribe" and "Block" were the same thing. And also determined that it should take priority over any White/Black list I set up.
