This is password reset code I was sent does not work so I am unable to access my account now. Anyone have ideas on how to regain access.
I have been trying to access my other e-mail address for a while now,
I requested a password reset e-mail but it hasn't been received.
Im hoping there is a way to do this
I need to access this account!

My hotmail account has been blocked for weeks and at last I have been sent a password reset code (not that I expect it to work based on the help I have been given by Microsoft Support to date!). I really have no idea where to enter this code. Can anyone help me please? I am totally frustrated with trying to get into MY OWN hotmail account and being told I have provided insufficient information to prove that it is mine. If It wasn't mine why would I spend weeks trying to get into it? This really is my last attempt to get into the account. If no-one can help I will close it down but I'm sure I won't be able to close it because I'll need to enter the hotmail address and password which doesn't work! I will also be closing the outlook account I created to be able to post my question on this forum and will be going with gmail. Thank you to everyone who has tried to help.
