Hi Microsoft Experts,

 

So I work in a government school, and I've been informed that we had a hotmail account that the school was using as

their apple ID email. However when I try to perform a password reset on outlook.com, it says the account is invalid.

 

So I'm wondering whether it's been deleted, or if its still active, and if it is, what the process is on getting back into it.

It hasn't been used in quite some time and has change hands quite a few times, so I'm unaware of the password/reovery creds.

 

All help appreciated.

By mistake when I put my e-mail in order to receive the password reset link, @otmail wrote  instead of @ hotmail

Now I can not recover my account
How could I fix it?
Do not know if I should put here the account you want to recover?

This is my fourth attempt at requesting you guys to assist me with my problem. I am about ready to give up but I really need your help.

I have been unable to access my live account for a few days now. I am trying to reset my password and have so far been unsuccessful. I have tried more than 10 times to reset my password but every time I click on the password reset link that has been emailed to my alternative email address, I am given an error (attached).

I have tried this in multiple browsers, on multiple computers. I have tried clearing the cache and I have also tried in the private browser, nothing works!

I need you guys to somehow manually reset the password for me, or get your team to fix this glitch which seems to be affecting other users.

Please help!
