I made my gamer tag, jefFREYpwnz3rz, and Microsoft account several years ago. It was never required for me to enter in an email and password for this account until recently and now I can't sign in to Xbox live. The email I used back then is not active and I do not remember the password since it was so long ago.  I have tried multiple times to reset my password by having the reset link sent to my current email address, but this does not work. It continues to send it to the bad email address instead.  How can I change my Microsoft account so I can actually access it?

Thanks,

Hi,

I need password reset option for my domain members account. I understand from the community that this feature is enabled based on request. Can you please enable password reset feature for my domain names below?

outdologic.com

It would be great if this is enabled soon as it is urgent.

Thanks

I have asked for a password reset several times.  Each time I get the message that a link has been sent to two email addresses - one is an former ISP but the other is my current address which I can access on a different computer.  However, I have never received any reset link from MSN.  How else can I reset my password.  I have also tried the option of "cannot use any of these methods" and have not gotten a response from that either and it has been four days.
