I am a web developer who create websites, manage email accounts for clients. I have been using Google apps for Business in managing email accounts for all the time. Recently, I tried with Live custom domain to see if it's a good alternative as compare to Google. However after try out, it seems there is lots of limitation with Live mail. Beside create, suspend and delete email accounts, there is nothing much we can do as compare to Google. Worst still, basic thing like reset password functionality is not even available by default. Please enable the setting for me. Thanks.
I have a Xbox live account under the email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that corresponds to the xboxlive name awe377. For whatever reason when i returned from vacation and tried to use Netflix it asked me to sign in again, I tried to use what I thought was the correct
password multiple times before beginning the password reset process. Unfortunately the yahoo account had been disabled so I went through every other route possible trying the secuirty question multiple times till I found the correct answer written down. However
at that point it was to late so I moved on to the verification process. When it came to this It was difficult to decide which information to put in because when it was made it was a child account, its not anymore but I wasn't sure what information to use.
Now I have received an email telling me to just make a new account however Id really rather not. So I went back and after a bit of time found how to get into the old yahoo account. However when asking to send me the reset link I never receive an email. So
after all this I have come here to hope that MAYBE someone here could help me. Thanks!

My 12-year old son has a windows live account for his Xbox live account. They want a security update but he doesn't remember the password to his windows account. When we try to reset, it asks a series of questions about his email which he also doesn't
know because he only used the hotmail to sign up for the account. I am SO frustrated Microsoft on the phone was NO HELP and sent me an email telling me to log on to get answers. HE CAN'T LOG ON THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT! Meanwhile, my credit card I associated
with the account and even giving them that info hey keep returning the password reset form saying we haven't given them enough information. I am at my wits end!!! Help!!!

I've been having issues with my hotmail/outlook account. It started off with a message after signing in saying that it looks like other people have been using my account, so I had to fill out a questionnaire to validate that I was the rightful owner
of the account. I answered questions such as "name some of the email folders you have created for this account" and "provide the subject titles of recent emails you have sent". This went through fine and I was sent the following email to reset my password
(I have blanked out my email address in the links for security reasons):

The link that came through said it was expired when I clicked on it, so I requested another. I have now requested many reset links and they have all said they are expired (even when clicking on them immediately after they came through). I really
need to access my emails ASAP. Please could someone help urgently?!
