I logged into my xbox today for the first time in a few days after adding 4000 points a few days ago. When i tried to sign into xbox live it wanted my email account and password. I do not remember the password. So i clicked on the forgot password link I go to the password reset form, put in an alternate email and then get put to the recover your microsoft account page, fill in as much information as i can and it continually says " You didn't provide us with enough information to confirm your identity. Please complete more fields in addition to the ones you have currently completed ".

The account that I am posting from is NOT the account I am having trouble with. I created this account to post this question. I have also spent an hour on the phone with xbox live support and was directed to this forum, and I have a referral number from them.

So i need help resetting my password please.

I need password reset option enabled for my custom domain emails on the Windows Live Admin center for domain: klucher.com it's a personal site used by me.

Hello,

My name is Lidia Vidovic and for the past 4 days I have had difficulties logging into my other Hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***).

I haven't changed my password since about a couple of months ago, yet I cannot log in to my account.

When I tried resetting my password, this is the notification I received:

We'll send a password reset link to these email addresses.

li*****@hotmail.com

The problem is, I only have this Hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) besides *** Email address is removed for privacy ***,

therefore, I cannot log into the email address the reset link was sent to.

If you can send me a password reset link to my other email address, please contact me.

Note that I already filled out a questionnaire and the reply was that there is not enough information to recover my email address.

I guess it's because I used it for Facebook purposes only and I don't remember barely any info.

My hotmail ID is not recognised by the system

I created a UK-based hotmail in 2011 and I used the ID to sign up for a PSN account for my ps3. This is due to the fact that the DLCs of the PS3 games are not region free. The sole purpose that I created the UK-based hotmail is to download these DLCs and i have not log into the hotmail account since the day i created it. The funny thing is that now I wanted to SIGN IN to another ps3 using this account but i forgotten the password, the PS system sent a 'password reset' for my PS3 account to this UK-based hotmail, for some reason the ID is not recognised by microsoft which prevented me from getting to the password reset mail. It keeps saying the account does not exist. I understand that accounts would be deleted if it is inactive for a year or so, but how is it possible that the PS3 is still able to sign me in if my UK-based hotmail account is deleted. That means for two years i been able to sign into the PS3 system with a Windows ID which does not exist (I have it on save my ID and password so it would sign me in automatically)?? Please help...

Hi, my account has been hacked and the password changed in the last couple of days! Friday was the last time I successfully logged in and know I am trying the correct password! I no longer have access to my hotmail account and I have tried several times resetting the password and have also made a new email account to submit this post! I have no idea what to do next? Can somebody please help me to get my account back up and running, as i need to log back into my account URGENTLY!!! Please help!!

I tried the password reset option and account recovery process but

1. It is not accepting my security answer as the hacker has changed it

2. I no longer have access to the alternate email address but can confirm what that is.

3. The customer service which is the third option did not help me.

I had to make this second ID just to sign up in this forum.

Please help!! Thank you.

Is there a way to enable password resets for the member accounts I have created under my custom domains through the Windows Live Admin Center?

I prefer not to publish the domain names to the public to prevent any spams.

I am trying to login to my Skydrive account and I cannot. When I enter my username and password at login.live.com, I get "Sign-in is blocked" on the screen. It also says:

"Someone entered the wrong password too many times.

If you signed up for this account through an organization, you might not be able to use it yet."

I have tried the password reset questionnaire by following the "Reset your passord" link, but I didn't receive a response. The option for texting to my phone won't work for me because an outdated phone number has been stored on my account. I can't remember any security question either.

I need to access the valuable info I have stored on my Skydrive and you folks are my last resort! The microsoft account in question is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I am using a colleague's Microsoft account to be able to even post on this forum.

Please help!

Need some help....My son has a email account which is attached to xbox live.Xbox recently have upped their security and need more info added to your account...fantastic.However my son can not remember his password.I have filled out a questionnaire form as an email link was sent to the email account which we can not get into.It has been over 48 hours and as I was not involved in creating his email the information I sent to them was limited,he seems to of forgotten everything.What can I do next as he is getting upset as he will lose all his xbox things.Is there any other way of resetting this passwors
