i have the correct password its not working. i got a reset link but thats no longer valid apparently. i filled out the questionaire the same way i did before that got me the password reset link the first time but now its not enough info please help my

I did it 100 times and it says:
We've sent a password reset link to these email addresses.
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** However, there is no even one email in my Spam, Inbox, Junk, Bulk etc... there is no email. Why you bother customers if you do not want to send the link?
