I tried using the security question option and was locked out because my son can't remember his exact answer and we tried too many times.
I filled out the long form questionaire to have them look into the problem. The email response I got, just gave me instructions to do the things I had already tried and failed. They didn't reject it and close the case, they just told us to reset the password
again.
I called xbox support and he directed me here. Please help me find and reset my sons account. His gamer name is(removed for security) and the email currently associated with his account is (removed for security) .
