I received an email from Microsoft Account Team with the title ' Microsoft Account Password Reset' , though I have not requested for the password reset at all. I am a bit suspicious about this email as the sender has a funny hotmail account. Below is the instruction followed by 2 URLs to click on either to confirm or to cancel the reset.
I did not take any action yet before I confirm that it is safe to do so.

Hi, Im trying to reset my password with asda and Im not receiving the password reset mails, even though asda tech support have said they have sent them. They are in my safe senders list and not in my blocked senders so I don't understand why Im not receiving
these mails? I have phoned ASDA customer support several times who have tried different fixes, none of which have worked and they have said its likely this issue is with my email account provider

I have moved the my domain email over to domains.live.com after our companies previous email and hosting system was comprimised. We had 29 address that had to be imported and 6 of them are being listed as needed to evicted or imported. I imported those 6 but I can't reset the passwords and we are concerned that those account are compromised and we need to make sure we can reset the password and activate the email inbox so we don't loose anymore emails for our business.. I don't have any abilty to reset passwords any passwords and when I try to use the password reset form, it says the account cannot be accessed.
The domain is tzanet.ca

My elderly mother has forgotten her msn email password - but doesn't have enough information to get the password reset via the form. She and I have both submitted it several times. I can provide a few emails she has and one folder name, but she doesn't
remember any previous email passwords or the subject lines of anything she's sent. (Yes, there are some cognitive issues here). How do I get this escalated beyond submitting the same stuff over and over so she can get back into her email?
