hi, I've received several messages to update my card details on my account, as my card might have been updated, when i tried to update it with the new carddetails it made me go through new security updates and now says it takes 30 days to update this,
in the mean time I cant update my payment details and im worried my account might get suspended before I can update my payment details again, there's also no number or service you can contact to get this solved, so its quite frustrating that there's no contact
point to get this solved asap.
can anybody let me know what can be done to get this solved?

I am unable to add a new payment method to my Live account.
I have tried on 2 different PCs and on my Xbox none of them will allow it.
From the Microsoft account billing page I get the following message.

This is getting well beyond a joke now, I have been sent to talk to almost all your departments at some point, all leading back to Billing again, who I have just spoken too and they said they cant help because there is not phone support for "Hotmail or
Live".
Since the 8th of August I have had this issue, over 14 days is unacceptable for a simple payment method issue.
