Using Windows Live mail I am unable to send or forward emails of only a modest size . I can however receive such mails
Alao I receive the following message "

This problem has arisen since changing my ISP and email address.
Please can you let me know how to block all e-mails prior to the account being closed?
I have requested my account to be closed, but it could be another 4 days, I wish to block all e-mails during this period therefore implying the account is closed already.
Is this possible?
