Outlook Product licensed to: wrong name

Recently when I open Outlook, the box that reads "Setting up identity" indicates a name other than mine  

When I click on "About Outlook" a different name, other than mine, is listed in the box under "This product is licensed to"

When I print an email message, the name of the same person (not mine) appears in the header

I am puzzled and don't know who this persons name got on all those.  The mystery person has never been to my house or touched my computer. 

Is there a way I can delete the mysterious name and add mine?

. can only respond to incoming message on windows live plus. cannot start conversation with my contact.

 i cannot directly contact  the one person who is my  contact i can see when they send message cos their name appear on bottom of screen but when i click the name at bottom or go onto live menu i can`t easily find the message but by trial and error and changing screens it come up and i then can have conversation. also if i try to start conversation and click contact even though their name appear in conversation box message does not arrive .Why? please help. I have windows XP on dell optiplex gl280 computer i did not have this problem on windows messenger but have it now i have windows live messenger plus

I changed the email address of one of my contacts.  Later when I began typing to send them a new email, BOTH addresses popped up.

So, I deleted that person from my contact list.  Then added them with the new address. 

Now, the correct address shows in my list.  HOWEVER, when I begin typing to send them a new email, ALL the deleted addresses pop up.

     How do I delete the incorrect information?

when I send an email using WLM where can I find a copy?

When I reply to a person that sent me an email I click "reply" and type away.  I do not bother to send myself a b cc and I guess I should  But if I do not do that is there a copy of the email I sent someplace????

messenger with Skype

Ever since skype was merged with MSN, I no longer can chat with more than one person in the same window like I used to. I contacted skype today and they separated my account for me but now I cannot open/access MSN/messenger...it keeps taking me back to Skype. I want my old MSN/Messenger back!!! can anyone help me please? thank you!
